Visits in enterprises with women owners

 

1. Gift Shop

There are occupied sales-women because they are "more consumers than men", and they know better the object, as the owner supported.

In the particular enterprise the women take the same salary with the men who have the same qualifications.

The owner, who is a working woman shares the housekeeping with her husband.

2. Visit in a children's station – kindergarten

There are occupied seven women. Two of them are kindergarten teachers, one is baby nurse and four nursery nurses. The men who are occupied in the particular enterprise are the driver of bus and the musician.

The reason that men have not been engaged as kindergarten teachers is, in the opinion of the owner,  that they still do not exist enough. 

The owner believes that men kindergarten teachers are very good in their work. She believes also, that they have greater patience with the children than the women have.

The wages, between the men and the women with the same qualifications in the particular enterprise, do not differ.

The women employees in the space expressed the wish to exist day nursery, outside from the space of their work, where they would entrust their children, so that to their work concentrated. The employees, who were asked, pointed out that they have difficulty housekeeping. 

It seems that in new families, women don’t share the housekeeping with their husbands. They have still the traditional perception about the position of man and woman so that in the house works help the grand mothers and the grandfathers

 

 

3. Visit in a Super Market. 

In this enterprise the bigger percentage of women workers works

" part time " because they prefer so, after thus they are have more time to spend in their house, but also because this work is difficult. Someone, who works in shops, works morning – afternoon and on Saturdays. The 82% from them works for four hours. The 14% works for six hours and the 4% for eight hours.

The object of their work is in the cash or central cash, saleswomen at the refrigerators, for the fresh products and for the receipts. Generally the men work in more "heavy works" and more "masculine", as greengrocer’s, foods or detergents.

The authorisations and the wage of the women do not differ from the men’s if they are in the same familial situation, in the same schedule and have the same qualifications.

From the discussion it resulted that in all the shops of this firma exist only two women who are heads, while the remainder are men.

When the working women were asked, why they have this work selected, they supported that they cannot find easily work and do not have the luxury to make a choice!

  CONCLUSIONS

From the interviews that we took from enterprises of Xyloka'stroy that occupy a lot of or few women we led to the conclusion, that it does not exist difference the wage and in the benefits when men and women are found in the same situation by opinion of family, knowledge, schedule, years of service. It does not also exist also difference the authorisations in the remainder benefits. 

Exists in very big percentage the perception that the women do not make for the "heavy works" (him support also him seek also the himself). More this perception him have naturally, the men employers or heads. 

The old perceptions for the place of woman in the house and the work him they have unfortunately, to a lot of women working even young.

The women businessmen have very modern perceptions for the place of woman, but if their enterprise has relation with "woman's cloth object" engages women working. Exists still the problem that such professions as eg the care of children him practise more women.
