PROPOSALS FOR THE PROTECTION OF EQUALITY OF SEXES

 

For the European Union is very important the equality of sexes and it is considered that thus will only advance the growth and the social cohesion. Thus in May 2006 that became the Spring Summit was signed the European Pact on the equality of sexes and repeated the EU its obligation for the aid of equality and feminine employment. Already from 2004 led to the conclusion "the policies on the equality of sexes recommend tools of economic growth and social cohesion".

The plan that has been proposed in order to be materialised interval from 2007 up to 2013 aims at following:

1. To be strengthened the employment and to be supported the equivalent attendance of women in this.

2.  To be promoted the business dexterity of women

3.  To be created the conditions for the improvement of education and training of women to be the women prompted for "long life learning".

4. To be strengthened the research, the growth and the innovation.

5.   To be given occasions to the women to enter in the society of information.

6. Rural Growth.

7.    Aid of women to take initiatives for investments and growth of services in the tourism, the culture and the services.

8.    To be created infrastructures for the care of children and old people.

9.    To be given to the women responsible places in their work and to be given to them occasions in order to acquire more dexterities for their professional development.

10.              To be helped the immigrants (men – women) and the women of region. To be protected the women from the illegal distribution and sexual exploitation.

11.              Care of health of women and protection of their bodily integrity from endofamily violence.

12.            Attendance of women in the decisions and discussions with the feminine organisations.         

  All these must have application in all the country with specialised metres.
