work
The objective of our
work was
1. To make a search on
the situation of employees in the enterprises so much in Xylokastro as in

To look at the type of employment but also the enterprises, where more
workers are occupied.
3. To study what does
it take place with the women working, the type of enterprises where they are
occupied but also the problems that they meet when they seek work, because of
the family and the employers.
4. To see if there is a
difference in the wage between women and men. We can do this studying elements
but also with field study, asking the workers.
5. To search, if
someone had made proposals and if any activity exists in order to be raised any
difference between men and women.
6. To take indicatively
information on the places of workers in an enterprise and the type of employment
concerning the sex.
7. To speak with
businesswomen so that to say their opinion about the job market and about their
own place but also the place of the women workers in it.
The research became
also through internet, but also from interviews and other observations that
we made.
